A warm weather delight; kolsch beers come from the region of cologne, Germany. It uses an ale yeast fermented at cooler temperatures, allowing for a nuanced expression of flavors in this amost ale/lager hybrid style. It's light refereshing, and crushable; perfect for the summer season.

Pours a deep, rich golden color; aromatics of fresh baked bread and faint caramel character; dry, malt-forward flavors with a crisp finish.

Spiced Pumpkin Ale- 6.1 %

Brewed with an English Brown ale base. Pumpkinborn pours a faint brown, deep orange color, boasting aromatic of pumpkin spice seasoning; full bodied with flavors reminiscent of pumpkin pie; with pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and clove.

House Lager - 5.5%

Pours a clean, pale yellow body with a slight chill haze. Sweet, doughy notes of freshly prepared bread on the nose. Light, sweet flavors of white grape precede a balancing faint hop character in a light, clean body to round out this simple, yet flavorful light beer

IPA- 6.5%

Pours like a pale yellow, almost straw-like color with a light-moderate haze. Notes of fresh squeezed orange juice with a medley of citrus and tropical aromatics

Aromatic notes of coffee and chocolate with a faint dark fruit character. Dark Fruit flavors are more prominent upon the taste, yet it finishes with a subtle roast character within a body that is light and surprisingly rich

TIPA- 9 %

Pours a dark yellow color with a rich, moderate-heavy haze. Aromatics of blueberry punch amidst a tame pine character Fruit forward blueberry flavors held in balance by a light, but pleasant bitterness with a full-bodied finish, and yet, refreshingly dry

Belgian Quad style- 11%

Pours a clean light brown color with an almost faint red hue to it. Complex aromatics consisting of raisin, plum and caramel. Similar flavors persist followed by a boozy, warm finish with an ironic light body that balances the strength

Cider Seltzer- 4.5 %
A Beautiful yellow color, this seltzer is light, effervescent, and refreshing with just a perfect little hint of Cider
