Black IPA- 7%

Tiptoeing the line between black and a rich, deep brown color, fester is a paradox of flavor.  despite its dark appearance, aromatics of light pine and citrus fruit precede flavors of fresh, zesty orange slices seemingly drizzled with melted dark chocolate; a velvety smooth mouthfeel and full-bodied finish that is neither dry or cloying, and just the right amount of warmth. 

Golden Ale 0.4 % ABV

Crafted for those taking a break or just being mindful about alcohol- but still craving that refreshing pint experience. This easy-drinking golden ale features a hearty blend of vienna and munich malts, giving it a sweet, malt-forward backbone. a touch of mosaic hops adds a gentle fruity bite and crisp finish. 

not technically non-alcoholic, but it clocks in at just 0.4% ABV.
 

Hefeweizen, 5.5%

Eternal Spring pours a rich golden color, with a slight haze from the hefty amount of wheat in this recipe.
Quintessentially of Hefeweizen character, notes of banana and clove are present on the nose and persist to the palate with a snappy finish reminiscent of honeydew melon

Receive blessings from the goddess of love through our newest beer. Made with a series of fruits known for their aphrodisiac effects, as well as other vitamins and antioxidants, “Not Exactly Aphrodite…” is made with love using all whole ingredients of serrano peppers, blueberries, watermelon, navel oranges, and mango.

Pouring a clear, dark orange color, this beer boasts fruity notes with a notable faint spice. Upon tasting, the palate is hit with a wave of flavor including mango, watermelon, and subtle heat of the serrano peppers, blueberry and orange character faintly contribute in the background to round out the flavor of this paradoxically refreshing, and energetic beer.

House Lager - 5.5% 

Pours a clean, pale yellow body with a slight chill haze. Sweet, doughy notes of freshly prepared bread on the nose. Light, sweet flavors of white grape precede a balancing faint hop character in a light, clean body to round out this simple, yet flavorful light beer

IPA- 6.5%

Pours like a pale yellow, almost straw-like color with a light-moderate haze. Notes of fresh squeezed orange juice with a medley of citrus and tropical aromatics

Aromatic notes of coffee and chocolate with a faint dark fruit character. Dark Fruit flavors are more prominent upon the taste, yet it finishes with a subtle roast character within a body that is light and surprisingly rich

Pours a dark yellow color with a rich, moderate-heavy haze. Aromatics of blueberry punch amidst a tame pine character Fruit forward blueberry flavors held in balance by a light, but pleasant bitterness with a full-bodied finish, and yet, refreshingly dry

Belgian Quad style- 11%

Pours a clean light brown color with an almost faint red hue to it. Complex aromatics consisting of raisin, plum and caramel. Similar flavors persist followed by a boozy, warm finish with an ironic light body that balances the strength

Made with lemon and lavender, this limited springtime seltzer boasts a bright spritz of lemony character with a herbaceous floral undertone of lavender.
